Privacy Policy

AS YOUR RESERVED DATE APPROACHES, YOU SHOULD REFER O THIS LIST AS A GUIDELINE.

1. COMPLETE YOUR MENU AT ANY TIME IT IS CONVENIENT, BUT IT SHOULD BE COMPLETED AT LEAST  4-6  WEEKS BEFORE YOUR DATE.

2. TEN (10) DAYS BEFORE THE PARTY, WE WILL NEED A FINAL COUNT.  WE WILL THEN PREPARE A PERSONALIZED TABLE ARRANGEMENT BASED ON YOUR FINAL COUNT.

* NO LESS THEN TEN (10) PEOPLE AT A TABLE-CAN SEAT ELEVEN.

* THE TABLES ARE 66″ ROUND AND ARE 28’’ FROM THE FLOOR.

* FOR A HEAD TABLE ALLOW 2′ PER PERSON.

* PLEASE NOTIFY US OF CAKE TABLE SIZE.

3. THE WEEK OF YOUR PARTY WE WILL NEED YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO BRING IN ANY ITEMS YOU WISH TO HAVE US SETUP FOR YOU.  YOUR BOXES SHOULD BE LABELED ON THE SIDE WITH YOUR NAME, DATE OF PARTY, AND THE ROOM YOU HAVE.  IF YOU HAVE NUMEROUS BOXES YOU SHOULD PLAN ON BRINGING A HELPER AS BOXES NEED TO BE BROUGHT UPSTAIRS BECAUSE OF OTHER PARTIES TAKING PLACE DOWNSTAIRS.  (WEDDING PARTIES SHOULD REFER TO THE WEDDING CHECK OFF LIST.)  AT THIS TIME YOU WILL ALSO MAKE YOUR FINAL PAYMENT.

4. IF YOU HAVE A SEATING ARRANGEMENT PLEASE MAKE SURE  THEY ARE IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER AND FOLDED.  WE WILL SETUP CARDS ONLY.  WE RECOMMEND NO SEATING ARRANGEMENTS ATTATCHED TO FAVORS.  IF ATTATCHED TO FAVORS CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO ARRANGE FOR SOMEON TO SET UP SEATING ARRANGEMENT.  PENNA’S IS NOT RESPONSIBLE.

5. FLORISTS, DECORATORS, MUSICIANS, ETC. CAN COME IN TO SET UP AFTER 1:00 PM ON THE DAY OF YOUR PARTY.  PLEASE LET DECORATORS KNOW THAT ITEMS MAY NOT BE ATTATCHED TO ANY WALL, FLOOR OR CEILING WITH NAILS, STAPLES TAPE OR ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE IN ORDER TO PREVENT DAMAGE.  DECORATIONS ARE TO BE CONTAINED IN THE BANQUET ROOM ONLY.

6. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT WITH. BAND, PHOTOGRAPHER, ETC. CONCERNING EATING THAT EVENING. IF THEY REQUEST A TABLE, THEY MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR FINAL COUNT. SUGGESTION: IF THERE ARE ANY VACANT SEATS AVAILABLE AFTER ALL THE GUESTS HAVE ARRIVED, THEY MAY FILL IN AT NO COST TO YOU, SETTING UP EXTRA TABLES DURING THE PARTY CAUSES CONFUSION.

**PLEASE ASSIGN SOMEONE TO COLLECT AT THE END OF THE EVENING ALL OF THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO HAVE RETURNED TO YOU. FOR EXAMPLE: CAKE PARTS’ GOBLETS, GUEST BOOK, ETC. PENNA’S WILL NOT BE RESPONSTBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LEFT.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO REFER TO THIS LIST TO AID YOU IN PLANNING A WONDERFUL PARTY. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS LIST PLEASE CALL.

IT IS THE PATRONS RESPONSIBILITY TO FULLY INFORM ANYONE WITH WHOM THEY CONTRACT TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THEM OF THE FOLLOWING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

1. ALL FLOWERS MUST COME ONTO THE PREMISES PREARRANGED. NO ASSEMBLY OF FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE PERMTTED ON SITE.  BAR SURFACES MAY NOT BE USED FOR THIS PURPOSE.

2. NO SUSPENSION OF ANY LIGHITING, TOOLING, FABRIC, RIBBON, OR MATERIALS OF ANY KIND WILL BE PERMITTED FROM THE CEILING.

3. THE USE OF TAPE, PIN HOOKS, GLUE, ETC., ON WALLS, CEILING, BAND STAND, DRAPES, ETC., IS NOT PERMITTED.

4. NO DECORATIONS OF ANY TYPE WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE STAIRCASE BANISTER UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED BY PENNA’S.

5. ANY BACKDROPS (INCLUDING BEHIND THE HEAD TABLE) MUST BE FREE STANDING. NOTHING MAY TOUCH THE WALLS OR CEILING. IF YOUR CONTRACTORS HAVE ANY PROBLEM THEY SHOULD SEE MANAGEMENT ON THE SECOND FLOOR.

6. NO CARTS WITH WHEELS (INCLUDING CARTS FROM THE KITCHEN) MAY BE USED IN THE BANQUET OR DINING ROOMS AS THEY WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO CARPET AND MARBLE.

7. ALL DEBRIS MUST BE CLEANED UP COMPLETELY AND REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES WHEN THE CONTRACTORS DEPART ON THE DAY OF THE FUNCTION AND THE DEBRIS MUST BE TAKEN WITH THEM. THEY MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN VACCUM, AND BROOM.

8. YOUR CONTRACTORS MUST REMOVE EVERYTHING THE NIGHT OF YOUR FUNCTION AND, AGAIN THEY MUST CLEAN UP AND REMOVE ALL DEBRIS FROM THE PREMISES AND TAKE IT WITH THEM. ANY CHANGES TO THIS POLICY MUST BE CLEARED BY MANAGEMENT.  PRIOR TO EVENT, VENDORS WILL HAVE 1 HOUR TAKE DOWN.  IF ADDITIONAL TIME IS NEEDED PATRON WILL BE CHARGED PER ½ HOUR.

9. YOUR CONTRACTOR MUST BE INFORMED THAT WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THEY DO TO THE PREMISES.

10. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST BE INFORMED THAT THEY ARE TO USE THE SERVICE DOOR ONLY. THEY CAN PARK THEIR VEHICLE IN THE LOADING AREA, BUT THERE IS A FIFTEEN MINUTE LIMIT TO UNLOAD OR LOAD THEIR ITEMS AND PARK THEIR VEHICLE IN A PARKING SPOT SO THAT OTHER VENDORS CAN DO THE SAME.

11. NO LADDERS ARE PROVIDED BY MANAGEMENT DUE TO LIABILITY. YOUR CONTRACTORS MUST BRING IN THEIR OWN LADDER.

12. PENNA’S ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES INCURRED BY YOUR CONTRACTORS OR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED MATERIALS.

13. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL VENDORS ARE FAMILIAR WITH PENNA’S.  IF NOT PLEASE HAVE THEM CALL.  IF VENDORS DO NOT COOPERATE, PENNA’S WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO SET UP THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
